It is the mission of Above All Aviation to provide flight training and rental aircraft focusing on the core values of Safety, Quality, Integrity and Value.
These core values will guide our interactions with all stakeholders – customers, vendors, employees, competitors, and our local GA community as well as the community at large.
We will measure our success in flight training not by revenue, or flight hours, or pilots produced, but solely by our ability to create or further safe, competent, proficient pilots in the most efficient manner possible.
Our aircraft will be safe, well-maintained, well-equipped and fairly priced. We will provide superior service, clean state of the art facilities, and a joyful and respectful environment.
We will encourage the social nature of flying by organizing events that draw like-minded people together in a friendly and inclusive environment.
Our business practices will be ethical and our organization transparent. We will reach out to our community and always strive to have a positive impact on the world around us.
